This Sunday was an incredible day! From beginning to end. We started the first day of the 30 day countdown in our new series for this month called, "one month to live." It was a very moving service as we connected with God in worship, celebrated with our children who helped raise money for our teen mission's trip and experienced God's word together. I talked about living passionately with our lives and not simply existing. We closed with a video that was gut-wrenching yet helped create the experience that we wanted our church family to have. Lastly, we finished with a song called, "Say," by John Maher. If you weren't there, you missed it! It was a deep and meaningful experience. It was a great day.
I'm thankful for the team of people that God continues to place in our church and on our team. I also had a great time connecting with our small group last night. We are blessed with some great friends and we had a lot of fun just hanging out together. I will be blogging each of the next 30 days through the devotional and sharing what God is teaching me. I hope you'll comment and share what God is teaching you through this important series as we ask this vital question, "what would you do if you had one month to live?"
